She has a BA in Dance, is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor, a certified Yoga instructor (E-RYT 200 & YACEP), Fascial Movement Instructor, and is a Yamuna® Body Rolling teacher trainer. Tiffany composes a fun, well-rounded class aimed at addressing students' goals and needs, bringing awareness & balance to the body.
