When you are ready to progress you can move on to a full dance conditioning or body rolling course.
Tiffany has an extensive background in movement, with over 25 years of knowledge and experience in movement studies. She has a BA in Dance, is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor, a certified Yoga instructor (E-RYT 200 & YACEP), Fascial Movement Instructor, and is a Yamuna® Body Rolling teacher trainer. Tiffany composes a fun, well-rounded class aimed at addressing students' goals and needs, bringing awareness & balance to the body. She feels it is important to educate students about their bodies and empower them to take an active role in developing a strong, supple, balanced, injury-free body.
